It is absurd to me that one would put a higher importance on supposedly saving a couple of bucks on groceries or gas at the pump in exchange for integrity, respect for women, compassion for others, abiding by elections, decency, civility, rule of law and accountability, while they make donations and purchases for a felon’s legal defense fund.
